With Prime Hay Service, Prime Hay delivers and places the hay in the location chosen by the customer, provided access is safe and suitable.
This service requires:
If conditions are not suitable, placement may be refused.
With Delivery or Carrier Delivery, Prime Hay delivers the order to the agreed address only.
Any access limitations must be communicated in advance. Unsuitable access may cause delays or extra costs.
VAT exemption applies only to hay intended for Animal Production.
If not, this must be declared so the correct VAT can be applied.
