1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in compliance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014 on consumer protection in Portugal.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

If the returned item shows signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deny the refund.


3. Exchanges

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of product defects.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
